Just curious because I see alot of these for sale on craigslist for $400 and think they would look good but magazines always list rims for 94~04 then 05~08 same bolt pattern right? Will the offset work on a SN95? I dont wanna run spacers.

i do know one of the ones to make them work is there is a special spacer kit to make them able to fit correctly. if not, ive heard of some people putting them on, but the fitment is a little weird.. the rims for 05+ are a little awkward compared to ours sometimes...(ie: the bullits!)

They will physically fit, but they look like crap because of the different offset and back spacing that they use. The wheels will sit WAY back in the fender which is the absolute opposite of what our cars and their bulging fenders need.

94-04 17X8 wheels have a +30mm offset.
05-08 17X8 wheels have a +45mm offset.

This means 05+ wheels will sit inward in your wheel well 15mm. That is quite a bit. I have seen it in person, up close and from a distance. Either way, it doesn't look good. They sit too far in for my taste. But yes, they will bolt up.
