You don't have to port match the inlet. However if you don't it would be pointless to put a larger throttle body on with a smaller hole behind it.
My advice would be to go with a 65mm if your going to keep the stock manifold. Or get out the grinder/dremmel and make the 70mm work untill you get a new manifold!
