Will a Typhoon upper intake fit the Performer lower?

As most Performer intake owers know, the upper always cracks or breaks where the bolthole ear is(the front and back on). Mine has broken twice now. When I bought the intake it(the front one) was already broke and I got it welded back on. The guy that did the work welded the back one too because it was cracking. Well shortly after I built my motor I noticed the front cracked again. When I took it off to readjust my rockers and fix the vaccum leak it brok off again and fixed it with good-ole JB Weld. Its holding up fine right now but I adjusted my rockers too loose so I know when I take it off again its gonna break again. So, I'm thinking about getting a Typhoon upper. But if the upper won't bolt right up then I'll just give the Typoon upper and lower a try. I saw it on ebay for like $300. So, what do yall think I should do?

Yes it will bolt right up.

im sure u probably know the typhoon upper is like the rpm upper, not just the performer 5.0, but if u get the typhoon upper, u can get it from 50resto.com, they have the cheapest prices ive come across
