Will BBK LT headers fit a GT automatic? Does anyone know where I can find installation instructions on the internet? Are LTs really worth the hassle compared to shorties? Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the quick reply. How much horsepower did you see with the lts? Let me know when you find the link.

While I haven't dyno'd my car yet, there's a member on here with a very similar set-up to me who just reported a 25+ RWHP gain with the L/T's. Think his screen name is CottonBurners or something like that. He's posted his dyno results. Check the 1st two or three pages of threads in this forum...you're bound to find some answers.

Nope, you cant use L/T's with a Auto, sorry. Also L/T's are good for around 15-20hp at the wheels, shorties are good for maybe 8-10hp.

If you mean BBK's, yes you're right.
If you mean LT's in general, you're wrong. MAC's, Hookers and Kooks fit.

I learned something new at the plenum test.

There was a car there (another 03 GT) that had performance Xpipe and Borla catback.

He was getting about 11 HP less than me with BBK LTs.

From comparing dynos, it looks like the LTs are worth a 10-13 HP difference than the stock manfolds with good midpipe/catback.
