Will brake cleaner ruin my chrome wheels?

Im too lazy to remove my wheels everytime I want to clean my brakes. I have chrome wheels and I get some on the wheels during the spraying of rotors/calipers. Is this bad? I bought prestons brake cleaner and their are no warnings except Keep of painted surfaces..let me know as I do not want to inflict damage on my beautiful 18" saleen replicas

I don't see a reason why not, It's a cleaning solution and it dries fast, just keep it off the paint.

WEAR SAFETY GLASSES WHEN USING BRAKE CLEANER!!!!!

i almost got a nice big spurt of cleaner in my eye one day. good thing my reflexes made my blink, or i woulda been the only one eyed 19 year old in town
