will bullits fit foxbody

Yes 17x8 bullitts will fit fine with the '97 width rear end.

Up front, you can make them work on the 5-lug conversion rotors, but you will not be able to run the center cap.

SN95 front setup is the best way to go.

i have a 92 gt 97 rear disk 5 lug can i fit stock 17x8 bullit wheels without rolling rear wheelwell lips, what front rotors can i buy to convert the front to 5 lug

if you can find them, go for the 94-95, or 96-98 spindles and brakes...i went with 95 spindles, and they fit great-there's several other guys on here that run the same setup-sn95 rear axle, and fronts with bullitts or other sn-95 rims

I would go with the 94-95 spindles and brakes. When I first converted to 5 lug i just bought the rotors and with the newer mustang wheels there are fitment problems. Like Mustang5L5 said the center caps wont fit and it puts alot of extra stress on the studs, I had some break on me and almost lost a wheel. Here is a site that has good info on how to convert. link

I am running my stock rear with the quad shocks off , and they fit fine , had to do some hammering for 275 width tires but they still worked fine then .......

Loosly related question.......... How far out does the grease cap stick, preventing the center cap from being used?

I used a 7/16th Mr gasket wheel spacer and if they made it could have probably used a 3/8th one .....but I didnt have to but did put longer studs in because with the stock studs I didnt have a lot of threads to bite to .......and since the parts store didnt have a stud that had the same knurl and just longer I had to get some slightly smaller that spun in the rotor and broke out the welder and welded them on the back side to keep them from pushing back in the rotor and spinning as I tightened the lugs up ......took a little time but works good

Thanks. I'd kinda like to go with the Bullit wheels on my '90 GT when the Salt Flat wheels are removed for my street rod. I have the Lincoln/Ranger swap on it already and a reswap to SN-95 brake is not going to happen.

Yes, GT, V6, and Cobra all use the same spindles year to year.

If you notice...even the brake shields are the same. Look how big they are next time you see a GT or V6. They are sized to clear the 13" rotors
