Will my Trick Flow 170cc intake runner 61cc chamber work well with 408ci?

I never run my car down a track and enjoy light to light driving. These have to be better than a stock 351 head for example. Any power estimations with this head? On nitrous with a 100HP shot (with real dumb timing) I made 350rwhp with my 306 on the dyno and 376 rwtq (if i remembe correctly) with these heads.

I want to hit over 400rwhp - no question. Will I miss my goal?

A guy over on corral runs 10.30's @ 128ish using unported twisted wedges on a n/a 408. They have a good v/j but no porting or anything.

400rwhp shouldn't be a problem at all. You'll need to mill them down to get the compression up and obviously new springs.

you need new springs if you bought them assembled from trick flow, because i belive they can only handle .500 lift and you would need more than that. v/j is valve job
