will the shocks fit?

will 87-93 shocks and struts fit on my 86? i already have Eibach road race springs and i want to order KYB AGX shocks and struts before i put them in, but i see they are only listed for 87-93. Is there a difference?

I believe the shocks are the same but the struts are wider at the bottom on the newer cars???

Spindle mounting point is different. You'll have to upgrade to the '87-up front brakes to get the struts to fit right, or I think you can use a shim and it'll work.

oh **** so should i just buy the rear shocks and keep the struts i have? i barely have enough money to get all 4 anyway... whats a shim? thanks for the replies
