Will the stock computer work with this?

I'll take a stab at this. I'm not the best EFI guy but here's something to think about. The A9L is a great computer when tuned right with your combo.
If your going to run 24 pound injectors you might think about using the X3Z computer from a 93 Cobra. It's the only computer that is the correct way to use them and you would also need the MAF from the same car.. Yes you can get the A9L to work with them but you have to buy a MAF meter to trick the computer to think it is programed for 24pounders. Some 93 Cobra owners even have removed there X3Z for the A9L and were very happy.

But from your combo you might even think bigger injectors then just the 24's. maybe a step or two bigger.

It will probably run with the stock computer, but not well.

Go spend $300 on a Moates.Net Quarterhorse and go spend some time on eectuning.net - then tune it yourself. It's really not that hard.

The EEC can handle way, way wilder setups than what you've got.
