Need some new shocks and struts.... wondering if these will fit... they will save me $50 over getting the 94-04's and how different are they to install my car is dropped 2''

and is a shock and strut instal easy or hard... anyone have a write up???

Yes they will fit. The rear shocks are roughly the same, but the front struts are supposedly 1" shorter on the fox's, which make them ideal for a dropped sn, since the piston will have more effective travel length (won't be as close to bottoming-out as longer sn struts). Installation is the same and pretty straight-foreward. I put my shocks in without even jacking the car up.

damn thats sweet considering my car sits low as hell... i think these are my best bet for overall $$$ to performance ratio

I have the tokico in my stang, exept they're the 5-way adj. and I love them. Do it!

Off topic you like your adjustable tokio's, I am thinking that is my next step.. are they easy to adjust??
Are they good for the street??

I'm running the fox Tokico's out back, I'll be getting the front fox struts in a few months. Here's a pic comparo of the stock '94 versus fox (3608) shock. As you can see, not much different:
