Fit what?!

The Bullitt rims? If so then yes. They'll be a little tall. and the 275s will have less contact patch due to the 8" wide rim, but yes they'll fit those rims...

In front you'll have some rub issues near full lock turning. In the rear I don't think you'll have to worry about quads but maybe inner fender and inboard fender liner with the because that tire height is 27.8" vs 275/40 which is 25.6". If you lowered it, it'll only be more exaggerated.
