will these tires fit on my car?

i had the nitto 275/40/17 on my car. i blew one out so instead of trying to find a used nitto tire to match the other i figured i would just get 2 new ones and was wondering if i could fit the nitto 315/35/17 on my car without any modifications.

I'm running 17x10.5's in the back atm with 315/35/17 Sumitomo's on them. With the nitto you're talking about, it's actually a fairly thin tire and honestly, you could probably get away with them on a 9'' rim.
