Dude, for that price you might as well go to ford and get a brand new one (which it looks like the new ones). I don't trust people on ebay. I haven't had any bad experiences. It only says it is for 99-02 when we all know it can work on 96-04. If you had problems he/she would just tell you you're screwed because they listed 99-02. Just go somewhere else and buy it.

i like that design since the second temp hole is already tapped, but it's title'd 99 00 01 02 intake manifold and that wouldnt even work with a 99+ engine since they only have one temperature reader. But should work great with a 96-98, although that might be the type that has the gaskets already adjoined with it, in which case i'd say get the kinds that you buy ford gaskets for

Also obviously you need liberal amounts of RTV or adapter plates

Well my stupid stocker is cracked to hell and im tired of it sitting in my driveway! need to fix! no sense in not going PI when i replace it.. Anyone have a PI intake for sale that will not be to much hassle?

I don't know, but remember going cheap can lead to being screwed. I don't care if I spend a little bit more (just not too much) from a place where I know I wont get screwed. I think alot of places sell them for $180-200.

I have read up were people thought they were going cheap, but ended up getting screwed on those parts. They ended up buying new parts and spending alot more than they had to if they bought the new parts in the begining. Seen this happen alot.

thats for a pi motor i know that they will work but u have to use rtv sealer with the more expensive intake it bolts right on with no rtv sealer

I don't think it cost $124 for a tube of sealer.

The idea of no leaks is a good one.. Also not having to tap the extra sensor hole

no rtv sealer isnt 124$ but the extra 124$ i think was worth it bucause its a one time thing you dont have to worry about leaks and if you have to take it back off
