Window rolls down by its self?????

No chance the switch was accidentally bumped (and the one-touch roll-down feature kicked-in)?

Could the switch be sticky and a bump is enough to make it roll down?

Otherwise, I'd remove the door panel and goose test all the wires. Then goose the switch a little and see if you can reproduce the magic window movement.

Good luck.

The window will actualy roll down on its own. then i takes a while untill it will roll back up. When it is down an wont roll back up ou can hear it trying to roll back up, then a few minutes later i will roll up just as normal.

I agree with Jt.....easy enough to check...just pull the panel and take a look at the connections.......maybe clean them up a little and "slightly" pry them apart.......
"That's why my window would not go down........."

this happened to me a few months ago: suddenly the window would go down on its own and would take a while before it would respond and come back up... only to go back down on its own a few minutes later.

after that my "one-touch" stopped working completely. anyone have the schemetics for it? i'd really like to get it working again.

Hi, I'm having the same issue with my '95 GT 5.0. Did you ever get the window issue solved?
