if any of you guys have a black gt with either 20 percent or 35 percent tint please post pics . i need to make a choice thanks

Hey bigcat, do you have any problems with the tint getting wear marks from the weather stripping? I've heard some people are complaining about that. I asked a reputable tint shop about it and they said it may have been people who had the cheap crap installed. I want to get it done too.

yes i do. the tint shop i used said they had zero problems with the mustangs, but i have the problem they dont warranty damage, so it is up to me to shell out the extra $$ for new tint on the fronts. i called every shop in town but none know anything about the felt inside the windows. i want to get some felt before i retint them. they are scratched in the same spots on both doors, so it is not coincidence.

I just had my windows done last week and the tint shop I went to would not install tint without installing the felt on the inside of the windows for the reasons you mentioned. Made sense to me.
