The door glass and quarter glass is pretty easy to adjust. Its the vent window frames that are a real pain, and if they're not right, you'll never get the door glass and quarters to matchup properly.

Just a couple of suggestions, if I may. If you don't have new rollers, get some. This is a good time to change them. You should also take the time to clean out the rails and regrease them.

What do you mean the quarter glass "moves alot"? Do you mean you get a sudden drop when you start to lower it, by any chance?

On this subject, where does one find those little (nylon?) rollers that fit inside of the track on the regulator? Some of mine are gone which killed one of my windows... :(

You can order them from all the usual parts vendors or just go to a local auto glass shop and buy them across the counter... usually less than $1 apiece. When you change one, change all and be sure to clean and re-lube the tracks at the same time.
