Windows are flopping around on the tracks..

I finally got this 86 T-top up & running & tried rolling down the windows...

They go down fine, but coming back up they get cocked & stuck. The only way to get them up is to guide them back up with your hand.

Does anyone know how you fix it?

If you take the door panel off I believe there are two bolts that hold the window in place on kind of a scissor looking track. Check to see if those are loose. Once you get the panel off, and run the window up and down a couple of times, you will probably see what is causing it.
