windsor head question

hey guys askin for a friend ........ will 351 windsor heads fit a 302 block......short and simple.....any answers will b appreciated

They WILL fit with staggered head bolts, but unless they are '69 castings he's probably wasting his time. Most 351W's heads won't flow better than the 302 heads and will drop compression. May I ask which heads he's looking to use?
