Wiper and Blinker assembly replacement ???

Ok so my blinker and wiper assembly has CRAP'd out on me and for the life of me cant figure out how to take out the old one. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT !!!

1. disconnect negative battery terminal
2. Turn key to on position and push a thin punch up into a hole in the steering column directly beneath the ignition lock cylinder. You're pushing up on a button that releases the cylinder - when depressed, pull the cylinder out.
3. Use a phillips screwdriver to remove the screws securing the steering column cover, then pull off the top and bottom
4. Unscrew the multifunction switch from the steering column
5. Pull off the electrical connections from the switch.

Installation is the reverse. Good luck!

were can I get the Hex tool to remove the assembly piece..???

I didn't need any hex tools to remove anything as far as I can remember... what assembly piece are you referring to?

those are torx t-20 screws holding it in.. you can buy a t-20 screwdriver at sears.
