Hi Guys. I planned on making my rear mounted battery track legal so I just picked up a slightly used moroso cut off switch. I got the super duty one that has 4 terminals on the back. 2 1/2" ones and 2 3/16" ones.
The instructions say to wire the alt to one of the 3/16" terminals but says only to a max of 20amps. This seems rather low.
Can I just wire the switch as if it was a two pole switch like the other moroso switches? It seems like this would be the safer route since I believe that the 3G alt I am installing puts out more than 20amps at idle.
Here are the instructions: http://www.moroso.com/catalog/images/74102_inst.pdf
Oh, and does anyone know where I can get a new decal. Mine did not come with one.
