Wiring ? Alarm ? 1956 Mustang

I have a 56 f100 FORD PICKUP that I Hot Rodded with a 98 Mustang GT 4.6 I boxed the frame and put the whole K member front suspension in this truck. It turned out really cool. All of the following parts where used. 98 4.6 ,Transmision, all frontend compoinents, (EVEN THE STRUTS) brake booster, wire harness, with all the sensors, modules, even the steering wheel with the key and rearend. WOW what a nice 1956 Mustang. OK I,m done braggin Here is the ? No alarm module was used and I am getting no gate to the fuel injectors can this be bypassed and what is an easy clean fix.
