Wiring harness question

I am buying a 93 cougar 5.0 H.O. to swap into my 88 4 banger. Question I have is, if I decide to go with an A9P, is it plug and play?

I am swapping everything I can, engine, tranny, shifter, EFI and computer. If it has decent seats I may mod something up for it.

Short answer!

For anyones reference here. The answer is yes and no. Yes it will plug in but I think it will run poorly.
