My car keeps blowing the fuse for the power driver side seat and cigarette lighters. It happens as soon as you put the fuse in most of the time and sometimes it will not blow for about 10 minutes and then it will. Does anyone have a wiring diagram so I can try to find the problem? Any suggestions?

Did you check the haynes manual? Just curious if it has anything decent.

Make sure there is no change stuck in the cig lighter bottom. And I might stick a head under and check the wires under the seat to ensure there is not a short to ground.

If no go, I would unplug everything on that circuit (Cig lighter, etc) and plug them back in (one at a time) till the fuse blows when you reconnect a circuit. That is the bad circuit. Troubleshoot from there.

Good luck.

IIRC, there was a recall about the power seat harness on the drivers (both?) sides. The harness was tied to the seat frame, and they discovered that it could cut into the wires and short out. The remedy was to simply cut the harness free. Perahps you are shorting out your seat harness....
