Hello,

I have 2 10" Alpine Type S DVC 4 ohm stable subs rated at 300 rms each (900 peak) and a Hifonics Brutus bx 500d which can run at 125X1 @ 4ohm, 250X2@2ohm, or 500X1@1ohm. I would like to wire the subs so I can get 250 rms to each sub from the amp, so I figure I will have to drop the amp to 1ohm to get what I need. Can anyone help with how I would wire this? Is the pic in the url for option 1 the correct way?

Thanks

Anyone?
Here are the links to my products. My goal is to wire up the subs so I only have a 1 ohm load on this particular amp so I am not underdriving my subs. If I get it to 1 ohm then I will be getting close to the recommended rms to each sub (250 rms per sub, recommended 300 rms). If I can only get the load to 2 ohms then I am only getting 125 to each sub.
