Well I don't have a daily driver as of tonight. So basically I'm on foot or bicycle until I get the Mustang going. It's plated and insured but I have yet to start the engine. I will attempt to get the engine going saturday with the bellhousing and automatic flywheel (if it fits). Just to see if the carb and timing is running okay. I got the Holley inline fuel pump running without the sump (rigged pickup)...

Right now the rear exhaust is in (looking great with the stainless tips). I just forgot to plug the emission holes on the engine heads. I just hope the automatic flywheel will fit in the 5 speed bellhousing (no clutch) just to get the engine running.

I need a bigger E-Penis.

Thanks, I'm loads and loads of pressure on one of my clients that owe me a lot of cash. He's asking for some more work but I blocked him until he at least makes a payment. If I get that, I'll pickup the clutch and whatnot to actually get the car on the road. Biking is fun and everything until you get caught in a f**king rain storm

Update:

Well I didn't get to start the engine yet, I had to redo some fuel line stuff and didn't get a lift to go pickup the extra parts I needed. Right now all is missing is a pilot bearing, I should be able to get this in a couple of hours. If all goes well, I will have the 5 speed mounted tonight and possibly start the engine. If all goes well which nothing seems to go right these days so I'm not counting on it running for tonight lol

After dealing with the price of gas, insurance, parking, etc., I joined the bike and walk club as well. I'm bussing it to work, and I'm prolly fixing up the bicycle for jaunts around town.

I wish I could but my work is too far away. At least, its too far away to work in an office environment, cause when I come in I'd just be sweaty and exhausted . I don't mind taking the bus, or biking/walking around town.

Oh that's too bad. This morning it took me only 7 minutes to bike to work. Funny thing is that it took 2 more minutes than by car? I guess cutting through a park and skipping stops and red lights help a little. But I am going to change my work schedule so I won't have to go to the office on Fridays anymore to save on gas, I just need to work 2 more hours a day Mon to Thurs.

You should get a 4 banger as a beater instead of a 5.0 but I can understand not wanting a FWD or something like that.

When I was a kid, I was on my way to go swimming and figured I'd just throw on a pair of shorts and go commando style.

While driving the bike I sat down hard. Hit the pavement right away . Thought of that with the "beans above your frank" comment

Welp I got everything on last night but it didn't start. Going to rebuild the carb and double check my timing... Also had a dead battery and 1 year old gas I have a thread going in the tech section.
