all i can tell you is the hiragana characters in the middle spell out "TO-U-FU"... tofu, maybe?

the complex characters are kanji, and there are some nine thousand characters, each with different meanings and venerations. i am not even going to try looking them up.

thats about all i can remember from half a semester of a Japanese class, eight years ago

Looks like the sticker from the anime Initial D. Its on the side of the main charecters shop. The guys dad owns a tofu shop.

My guess it says:
ANIMAL CONTROL (Cat)

The words in the parenthesis is what really got me curious of what it said.

confirmed. it's a decal on the side of the main dudes 1986 corolla... "Fujiwara Tofu" apparently. so the guy is an anime fanboy....
