Wont start

91 lx vert 5.0 starts intermittently... When it doesnt start the fuel pump doesn't shut off after the prime it just keeps running and none of the sensors under the hood click. When it does start, the fuel pump stops after the prime and the sensors all click. it has new distributor, coil, ignition switch, and control module.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had a similiar problem last summer, it was the ignition switch.
Do you have another one to try??

I put a brand new one in it today and it is still doing the same thing no changes?

When it won't stop priming, check the FP relay to see which pins have power and ground. Also check a random solenoid or sensor under the hood that receives VPWR.

Does the car ever shut off while driving?

Then test it when it's acting up. That was the point.
