Worse than I originally thought

About a month ago, my car had broke down on me as I was leaving the shop to drop off a few parts/pick up a few parts for my green car. I had thought that the clutch cable broke, so it was no big deal. I ordered a new Maximum Motorsports clutch cable, firewall adjuster, and clutch quadrant. Put everything in, same thing. Well, a friend of mine came over and looked at it. The clutch fork had broke at the top where the clutch ball sets.

So I order a new clutch fork and took it to my friend Matt to have him fix it on the lift. After dropping the transmission, it was worse than we originally thought. The TOB was put in backwards (I dont see how it was still working, but it was ruined, pics below), the clutch ball that screws into the bell housing had pulled it self out of the threads and was rubbing on the outside of the clutch (ruined the clutch fork, rubbed a hole in the top of it and rubbed a hole the in brace, pics below).

When I got the car, I thought "This is the loudest TOB I have ever heard in my life". So turns out I had 2 other squeeks to go along with the TOB squeeking like crazy. I must say, I am extremly happy with the car now. Also when I got the car, I figured it would need a new clutch because it would slip, and plus it shuttered rediculously bad. It no longer shutters at all now. Also, It no longer slips. I dont know if it was because the clutch fork could had nothing to pivot on since the clutch ball had broke, so it couldnt engage all the way or what. I sprayed it earlier and powershifter it and all it did was bark the tires, no slippage.
