hey guys, need some help here
I just finished building a 306 and initial start-up it revs like its at WOT throttle until it hits 3k rpm then dies like I shut the key off, unless I unplug the MAF, then it revs on start and doesn't die causing me to shut it down so I don't damage anything. It only does this when my SCT 4 bank eliminator chip is on(which was tuned by AM) When I switch it back to stock eec program it starts and revs a bit, but comes down to 900rpm and idles somewhat decent. If I touch the throttle it kind of takes off on me and hangs up high.

-90mm lighting MAF
-TRickflow r series 90mm intake
-47lb FRPP injectors
-TRickflow 11r 190 heads
-255lph walbro fuel pump
-TRickflow track heat stage 2 can
-EGR and smog pump all deleted
-comp rockers and arms

All my other parts are stock
