Would a SCT Xcal 2 tune help a stock 98 Cobra?

I have the Xcal 2 from my last Ford and asked my online tuner if it would help my stock 98 Cobra and he claims that they respond well to tuning, something about 20-30hp gains? Is that true? I'm wondering if I should get him to start sending me some files to try. What does everyone think?

Since you already have one might as well use it. On a near stock cobra don't expect any big gains, maybe 10.

common gains for a stock motor would be around 10-15hp and possibly 20 with bolt-ons like CAI, exhaust, pullies, etc.
