Probably not because the stock PCM learns the proper correction factors to make up for many small errors over time. It even applies the corrections to open loop and WOT operation. If you are within the PCM's correction capability then you don't need an adjustable regulator unless of course your fuel pump is too big for the stock regulator to handle. I'm using a stock regulator with a 190 l/hr pump and it works fine with 24# injectors.
