Would this fix my problem ????

Its the steeda quick release quad.

the only thing i dont under stand is, the stcok ones have springs on them that make it go pull tension back on the pedal to pull it back up. how does this one work if i kept the cable i have now?

the thing that i dont understand is, how does this one pull the clutch back up off the floor? or is it the clutch itself that does this?
