Car is a stock 01 GT with stock manifolds. Would this x pipe fit? Flowtech 12115YFLT - FlowTech X-Terminator Off-Road X-Pipes

If not, what is another alternative that is similar in price? Keep in mind I live in Alaska so shipping on summit tends to be best for me

that pipe is for full length or long tube headers so no it wont fit your stock manifolds. i got my pypes xpipe through american muscle for 184.
