Does anyone know anything about MustangTuning .did they shut down or something!!!?
all parts for my GT was ordered from them with no problems what so ever.But my last order, which i placed about 3 weeks ago now (Deep dish wheels) , they didnt even respond yet!!!! the funny thing is , the money for the wheels was already recieved by them , so i dont know whats going on.And its really hard for me to call and ask since i'm too far away (Over seas).
anyone know anything about whats going on with them!?

I haven't gotten a confirmation email from them on my bullitt pedals yet either. I ordered them about 4 days ago.

IM sure they're out of stock and since you're overseas it makes it a bit harder to keep contact. I suggest emailing them and finding out whats up

I've found the best way to get in contact is through phone, not email... I had an issue where they sent me the wrong headlights and one call solved everything

Friend of mine w/ a 97 cobra ordered a o/r H from them and hasn't recieved it in over a month! Every time he calls they laugh and say they will have a shipment in a week or two.

They did the same thing with me when I ordered my chin spoiler - and they didn't pack it in the big box when i payed for oversized shipping!!

my friend ordered a xcal2 from them about 2 weeks ago. They certainly took the money, but havent even confirmed the order yet. Dunno why they are doing this now, I got my wheels from them just fine.

ive never had a problem w/ MustangTuning or Xoxide, which owns them... i always get what i orderd and in a quick fashion.

I ordered a throttle body, sct, and some badges about 2 weeks ago. the badges are out of stock, but the other two things were shipped within a day of my order,and recieved a day after that.

I ordered smoked clear headlights and a shorty annetna from them last friday. I got the headlights today and the annetna is on the way. I've never had any problems with them what so ever, but i would give them a call.

seems to be hit or miss.
I ordered my gears from them and they were at my house the next day. My buddy ordered rims and they took 6 weeks to ship heck he had already paid off the CC before they arrived at his house. When I was shopping for rims I couldn't get an answer from them through email so I ordered from somewhere else.

Check your "junk" folders in your email, cause they're still in business..............although they never seem to have the parts I order in stock

Yeah, there still there. They just put up 20x10 deep dish bullitts on there site. I would try emailing them again. Either A: they are out of stock. or B: they been shipped but because your overseas, its taking awhile to get to you, especially them being wheels.

when I ordered my rims I didn't get any confirmation or anything... I emailed them and 2 days later I got the rims at the door... they have fast shipping!! (one week to the middle of Canda)

I had the same issue, then stuff just showed up, turned out they had a really old e-mail address, and even when I wrote to them with my current, they responded to the old one... its hard to find but their 1899 number is on thier site. I have no clue how they got my old email but situation solved now.

I also ordered a tuner and shorty antenna, the sct came within 5 business days, but my antenna was not shipped. I emailed them only to receive a receipt of my payment I guess I'll email again.
