if I install an x-pipe with cats and bypass my rear O2's, which would be better for inspecions, Mil's or just turn them off using my Predator? I figure if I use my Predator, the computer would show some sort of code that would keep me from passing. Where as the Mil's would "trick" the computer into thinking the rear O2's are installed, allowing me to pass? Any thoughts would be helpful.

By the way I am in North Carolina, Charlotte to be exact.

Do they do a sniffer test?
Do they connect to the OBD port?

Im pretty sure they can tell you turned off the rear o2's with their scan tool, but maybe they dont always look for that

my cousin did my inspection and said that the computer is designed to check for only 12 things, and it never checks for all 12 on a car. its random, and on average it checks 3 parameters.

so then I am guessing that Mil's are probably the best way to go. I am using the bassani catted x that has removable cats

sometimes you get a car that still throws a code even with a catted aftermarket pipe.
