you mean just hollow out the cats and put them around the pipe. That is a idea but i don't know know i have thought about it

or ive heard of people buying o/r pipes, and have "dummy" cats (i guess the shells) welded on so they look like theyre catted pipes. just someting to look into

people have done that but the gas smell still gives it away i'd imagine...plus another factor the cops use is noise..the louder the car, the more suspicous..
