I want to leave the factory unit in place, but I need to find the proper harness for the 05 mustang so I can hardwire XM to it. Has anyone found a harness that will work? Or has one even been produced as of yet?

I suspect that no such beast currently exists. This question has been asked many times in the past. Sadly the only consistent answer is FM modulation.
Rumors abound that companies are working on AUX connectors but nobody has delivered anything to market yet. And the really odd thing is that Delphi (the manufacturer of both the Shaker stereo AND most of the XM radio receivers) doesn't even have their own marketable adapter yet.
