wow this has to be like my tenth installation question involving the new street heat intake I bought...sorry..will the stock 58 mm throttle body fit on this new intake without any welding and without an adaptor...I just found that I will not be able to do any welding (install will occur in a friend's garage)..someone said something about welding in my last set of questions...welding is out of the question so do I need an adaptor for a 58mm TB?

you need the elbow. (the stock tb should work on that elbow). it's like $90 new from summit (trick flow brand)

how much power do you think I will get out of this????...how much more if I just went ahead and ordered a bbk 65 mm TB and if I did this would fit too I assume?

The 65mm TB will fit on the elbow as long as its for a 94/95. I'm going to guess your going to pick up somewhere around 15-20rwhp? Joe got 22rwhp gain from his Performer 5.0 and the street heat is basically the same thing.
