I guess I'm in the minority, but I like your car brown. I'd say it needs wheels that don't attract attention. Then take the money you were going to use on a paint job, and put it towards making the car faster.

ok, ill take a few this weekend.

Also if you can match this profile of my car (take a pic of your car at the same angle/height) i have a ton of wheel shots i've collected that i edited onto my car over the years.

And the straight on side shot like this, where the hood and roof are level with the camera:

(yeah, those are OLD shots of my coupe :D )

hey 85...to tell you the truth... i like you car better with the 85 front end on it.(stock one)

Yeah i get that from some people. Just wait untill she's painted :D For the few people that appreciate something different and understand what i'm doing, it's better to hear their appreciation than it would from all the people who liked it stock.

Yeah that's exactly why i did it. It's my favorite Fox nose that Ford ever put out and i really think it should have made it onto a coupe. It's probably going back to the original Silver/Grey color that it was when it was a police car, but with some other little tid bits i've got in mind. I'm actually working with a guy who's pretty much a Photoshop master and he's doing some concept pictures of it to test the waters.

This is the only other '85 Kentucky car out there that's in driving condition. The other one is totaled and might never see the road again. I figure, i'll never have the money to restore it to service condition, and the car really deserves to have some kind of hint at it's history since it isn't going back to service condition, so the original paint is a good way to do a little tribute. It's not my favorite color, but i think with some nice wheels and the right stance, it's gonna look badass.

This car is imaculent beyond words too....like it never saw a day of service:

how do you know the other one is totaled? got pics?

I talked to the guy who owns the car in that picture and he did all the research on finding the others. Before i found him he thought my car was history as well. The others were totaled in service use or crushed. Only 9 '85s were used by Kentucky, out of only 14 Mustangs ever used by Kentucky for police use.
