Modular Foxes are always cool.

"Worth" is a matter of how much work you want to put into it, and what you want out of it.

I don't know much about resale on a 4.6 but if it's complete/near-complete it is most likely a good deal. Check on ebay and some classified sites to see what they bring.

What year, how many miles, which heads exactly, how complete it is, etc., will have effect on how much it is/isn't worth.

If its complete intake to pan, buy it. If its just a block and heads, think twice. is it from a Cobra or a MK VII? Either way it be wicked cool in your stang!

At work, I am replacing the motor in a 98 Cobra, $1100 core, so if you can get all that for that low of a price, you are getting a good deal.
