you probably have a dirt or gravel driveway, if at all possible avoid driving fast on it at all. After I get done washing the stang, it can sometimes take me 5 minutes to get out of my driveway.

Yeah, I live at the end of a half mile dirt road, and I go REAL SLOW. But they're doin' SO MUCH CONSTRUCTION, that's it's rediculous. All the roads are torn up, so even if I'm in town, the dust is inevitable.

Dont take it to car washes, its bad for your paint. Buy a bucket, some Meguires Gold Glass soap, Meguires Detailer spray, a good hand mit and a shammy. Its looks way better (if your feeling froggy get a clay bar).

That was the first time I ever had it done. It didn't even get the bugs off the front. :/

I have wash, wax, a chamois, and a bunch of other gadgets.

I have never taken any car of mine thru a car wash. Some days I spend hours cleaning the car. Then I know it's done and done right. Also, my dad always told me that ccar washes leave marks on the car after a while.

they leave little scratches from the brushes. the brushes are made to be durable and composited of harder materials... vs careful softer materials. say no to carwashes

Which is why I've only taken mine through one once. I dunno if you caught that part.
