I need to have my numbers checked again - but heres my older setup:

2004 5spd GT
Modular Powerhouse Mongoose kit (8PSI)
- Vortech V2 SQ
- 90mm LMAF
- 42# Injectors
- MPH 4" boostpipe
- X-Cal-2 Flasher
- SVT Focus fuel pump
- IAT sensor relocation
- NGK spark plugs
- Professional Products 75mm throttle body
- eBay generic 75mm plenum (ported/polished by me)
- Magnaflow catback
- UPR O/R X-pipe
- 2004 Cobra IRS (put it on here cuz it robs some power on the dyno)

364.2HP/359.1TQ @ Automotive Specialists in Noblesville, IN on a DynoJet.

New setup includes these additions:

- Reichard Racing 3.3" pulley (10.5-11PSI now)
- Flowtech Ceramic LT's
- Flowtech O/R X-pipe
- Borla Stinger catback
- 8.8" solid rear end

I should be around 400rwhp if running properly (tune is great except it's always been really rich, dips from 11.0-10.3 between 3500-4600rpm on dyno and exact same with my LC-1). I'll post up some new numbers in a few weeks when i get dyno'd again

Can anyone help me??? I need to know what length, in inches, serpentine belt (Gatorback or Gates) I need for a 1999 Mustang GT with a Series II blower, 66MM Chicane blower pulley, and the rest of the pulleys are stock. Someone told me 110" gatorback, but they do not make a 110". They make 109", 110.25", and 110.5", but not exactly 110".

If you don't get an answer here, you may either want to search or start a thread with your question or call Joe at Chicane and ask them.

The 110 belt is too short. That belt is for the newer cars. 99's require a longer belt. I don't have it here infront but I think it is 117 or 118 inches long. You won't be able to find it at a local parts store. The only way I've been able to get them is through saleen. Just keep calling until someone answers.

We left the tune plenty safe for when I did fix the belt. I am outta cash otherwise I would take it back to see what it puts down now and do a little fine tuning.

I appreciate the info. I was able to track this info down and did discover that it is a 117" belt. I talked to Joe at Chicane and he had one. Rather buy it from him then deal with Saleen. Problem is, I am running his 66MM pulley and even he said that it would be better if it had a 116.25" or 116.5" belt. He was going to work with a belt manufacturer to make some but never followed through with it. The only way to take up the slack, which is 14MM, is to run a larger pulley somewhere else. I am going to try a 90MM idler or tensioner pulley in place of the 76MM stock, to see if it will fit and work. Also, Gatorback makes a 117.5" belt that will work if you can increase the size of another pulley. I may try to swap out a couple of pulleys and use it, as I have been told that it is a much better belt than the POS Dayco belt Saleen sells.
