Your First Roadtrip?

Okay, this may be a bit premature, but I figure it's okay since we've already discussed options, mods and even music. Who else is planning their first roadtrip with their new GT? I live in Nor-Cal and I'm planning a trip from one end of hwy 49 to the other. Starting up around Auburn and cruising through the gold country and foothills all the way to Yosemite, then ending up in a little ghost town called Bodie. It should take a couple of days if it's done right (stopping in the casinos, checking out the mining towns). Just me, my wife and box of Cubans. Life is good!

49 is a fun road. Sounds like a good trip to me. I was thinking of a run down the coast.

I'll be in college by the time the 05 comes out. I'll have to drive my 97 camry back home, pick up the 05, and take a little detour to palm springs, pechanga, and San Diego. LoL is it possible to break your car in in 5 days? cause i might be putting over 500 miles on it in 2 or 3 days.

My first cd (which I'm burning now) will be a confusing mix of classic sixties seventies(for nostalgia) and modern hip hop (to test out my shaker 1000). My first road trip will be a toronto to north Carolina run to visit an old friend. . The music for that run will run from early 60s to late 80's with a touch of gansta for the shaker.

Getting a new Mustang while in college? Tough life I'll have to wait to get an '06 or '07 stang but I plan on going up and down the east coast, at least around New England a few times.

My cruizin cd has mustang sally, born to be wild, magic carpet ride, etc. Also have the hip hop cd as well.

Gonna (hip) hop on the I-15 East from Fontana, CA to Vegas. Tons of fun in my 01 V-6 Vert, should be more fun in my 05 V-8 GT (Hardtop ) and on the return trip stop in Palm Springs and one of the Indian Casinos if any $$$ left.
