ZEX doesn't make a 2v plate that I'm aware of. Any plate will work as long as your lines are long enough to reach it. All your doing is swapping out a nozzle for a plate. The only thing to make sure of is that your lines are the same size as the fittings on the ZEX kit, but I don't see why they wouldn't be.
Check out Harris Speed Works (what I have, very nice piece with 360* spray pattern), NX, and Nitrous Outlet. They all have plate kit for Mustangs, and I know HSW sells the plate itself, as well as Nitrous Outlet. I can't remember if NX sells just the plate as well, but I'd assume so.
