Are zoom clutches decent for a mostly steet occasional strip car? This one im looking at has about 5000 miles on it and then the guy blew the motor. He says it retails for about $275 and is a "race" clutch. I can get it really cheap so i was wondering if they are dent for around a 300 hp setup. thanks

I have the Zoom HD Kevlar kit and it has held up for about 3 years of daily driving and track use launching at 5500rpm's, so as long as it looks ok it should be fine.

I agree never buy a used clutch! I have the kevlar one and I beat the s!%# out of it and it still works like a charm after about 30k miles! go to summit they have it cheap and the ship really fast!

Might have to get a Dart block but don't want to and if I do, then 363 instead of 331. Thoughts on what I've already bought so far.......
