Well, I took the rear end out of my car after ordering numerous parts, ie. bushings, diff. brace ect ect ect. My main reason for pulling it was to fix the leaking differention cover.
My question now is what oil is best to put in the rear end? I'm in no hurry to put it back together, so I have time to order it if it's something the local parts stores don't stock.

Also, my stock stock adjuster seems to be worn. The clutch doesn't seem to disengage, so I put the car in 1st with the car off and pull up on the clutch pedal which adjusts the clutch. Immediately after this, the car shifts perfectly. But after 1 or 2 easy shifts, the clutch cable needs adjusted again. My question is this, which adjustable quadrant do you guys recommend. Thanks.

Some people run Royal Purple, but I don't see any real reason not to use the stock OEM stuff from Ford.

I'd say most people these days are recommending the quadrant and adjuster from Fiore.

Additionally, unless the stock clutch cable is bad don't try to replace it with an aftermarket one. The stock Ford clutch cable is far superior in strength and longevity than what the aftermarket currently offers.
