Help! fuel pressure issues...

My fuel gauge has always fluttered around 28-32psi while crusing and ideling when I get on it, it will jump up and stay steady but when I let off and push in the clutch it dips real low (below 20psi) for a split second? I had a procharged 00 gt with walbro 255 in tank, 42# injectors and a 40 amp boosta pump.

Are you sure you have a walbro 255 pump? Those pumps are made for return style fuel systems, and you have a returnless system. I would check the fuel injectors and fuel pump for malfunction. The injectors might be clogged.
