a/c over heat problem

I have a 93 2.3 nonturbo mustang and it has a working a/c but after about a trip of it running and i stop the release valve on radiator cap trigger and there goes coolant out so in short terms it over heats any suggestions and it bogges down bad

check (replace) your thermostat, and flush the system. Also check to make sure you electric fan is working. The radiator is plenty big for that engine. Something else is wrong.
