Opinions on motor swap for a 98 GT

Whats up, it's been awhile since i posted, but its coming to summer and i want to work on the car. I am considering a motor swap. I have a 98GT with my mods listed below. I am wondering what would be the best motor swap i could do. I want to keep the blower on the new motor. Any thought would help out alot. :nice:

I would upgrade springs and cams, rebuild your bottom end with forged internals and up the boost to 15 lbs and put an 8 rib belt on it to keep it from slipping , probably make over 450 rwhp doing that , if there is enough money left , get some mild porting on your heads and it should go over 500 rwhp

What would a setup like this cost? Would it be more cost effective to buy a crate motor?
