Cobra Cluster Swap Question Please Help!!

I tryed searching the forum but wasnt able to find anything. I got a cluster from a 97 cobra and I installed it into my 98 GT. I swapped everthing into the new cluster from my GT cluster. Everthing works great except the Voltage and Temperature. The voltage niddle moves with the key on but like a half inch and the temperature doesnt move at all. I wanted to know if anyone had this problem before or if anyone can sheed some light on the subject for me. Thanks

well I dont know how to tell you to fix it but I can tell you the gauges are different between a Gt and Cobra and Im not just taling about the white face.
now you could try and swap the circuit boards between the 2 but I dont think it's gonna' work, thats why they sell the overlays

I bet your sender units are different for a Cobra and a GT. Try a Cobra temperature sender unit on your GT.

nope, temp senders & sensors are all the same between DOHC's & SOHC's
now 1998 was a year by itself, so you might need to me more year specific
